Where do you ship?
We ship globally to beach lovers everywhere! (Currently excluding some Asian regions and remote areas – but we’re working on expanding our reach!)

  • Express Voyage (Standard Shipping): $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, arrives 10-15 days after dispatch
  • Island Time (Free Shipping): FREE on orders over $50 via EMS, arrives 15-25 days after dispatch
How long does order processing take?
Our Charlotte-based team hand-packs your order with care within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive tracking information via email – consider it your digital boarding pass to swimwear paradise!
Can I track my order?
Yes! Track your package like you’d track the sunset—with eager anticipation. Your confirmation email will include tracking details once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer 15-day returns from the delivery date. While we pride ourselves on our adjustable ties and inclusive sizing, sometimes the ocean (or your style) changes direction.
How do I initiate a return?
Email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and address. Items must be unworn with tags attached.
Are there any return exceptions?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Swimwear that has been worn
  • Items without original tags
  • Custom or sale items (unless defective)
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
