Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by your original receipt or order confirmation

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, swimsuit bottoms cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect items. All other swimwear (bikinis, one-piece swimsuits, swimsuit tops, and coverups) are eligible for returns.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Submit Your Request: Email us at [email protected] with your return/exchange request using the template below.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) with the original packaging and include your RMA number.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return center at:

  5. Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the replacement item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items
