We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable carriers to ensure your swimwear arrives safely and promptly.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. During peak seasons, slight delays may occur.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Seashell Swimsuits as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, our hassle-free return policy makes it easy to exchange or return your items.

Return Policy Details

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order
  • All items must be:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
    • In the original packaging with all tags attached
    • Accompanied by your original receipt or order confirmation

Important Hygiene Note: For health and safety reasons, swimsuit bottoms cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect items. All other swimwear (bikinis, one-piece swimsuits, swimsuit tops, and coverups) are eligible for returns.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Submit Your Request

  2. Wait for Approval
    We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item
    Securely pack the item(s) with the original packaging and include your RMA number.
  4. Ship Your Return

Refund Information

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Exchange Information
