2.3 Hygiene Policy

For health and safety reasons, swimsuit bottoms cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect. All other swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached for returns.

3.1 Order Acceptance

Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept by sending you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed at the time of order.

3.4 Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) via:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): DHL or FedEx, 10-15 business days after shipping
• Free Shipping: EMS for orders over $50, 15-25 business days after shipping

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Return Policy

Returns/exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by your receipt or order confirmation

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We’ll ship replacements once we receive your return. Price differences will be charged or refunded as applicable.
